The Japanese Zen Chef's Knife 20 cm is specially developed to meet the growing demand for high-quality Japanese knives. The 37-layer damask has a VG10 stainless steel core with a hardness of HRC 61 for long-lasting sharpness.
Zen is the Japanese word for "the healthiest meals" and with this beautiful knife you can really prepare the healthiest meal. The Zen knives also have a hammered Tsuchime finish that is both aesthetic and practical because food sticks less easily to the blade.
