  • Diameter: 22 cm.
  • Weight: Solid and robust, weighing 3.3L.
  • Heat sources: Made for all heat sources, including induction.
  • Black enamel: The black interior of the roasting pan is made for high temperatures. This makes this roasting pan the most suitable for grilling, roasting and searing your dishes.
  • Can be placed in the freezer.

BEFORE use

Before using the frying pan for the first time, rinse it with warm water and detergent and then dry it thoroughly.

DURING use
During cooking, the handy design of the lid retains the moisture. The moisture then ends up back in the pan as water. This also makes the pan very durable during use. DO NOT use a metal spatula, but rather a silicone, wooden or plastic spatula, because this will otherwise leave scratches and marks on the frying pan. Lift the lid easily, by the heat-resistant knob (up to 260 degrees). Cook on medium or low temperature for the best result. Heat the frying pan gradually.
Please note: Never slide the product over a glass hob/stove. This can damage the bottom of the frying pan and the glass plate. Instead of sliding, it is best to lift the frying pan.

AFTER use: Maintenance tips and recommendations

Clean the Le Creuset Signature Dutch Oven by wiping all residue from the base and sides. Do not put the Dutch Oven in the dishwasher or immediately pour cold water into the pan. This can damage the pan. For burnt-on food on the base, fill the Dutch Oven with warm water and dishwashing liquid and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes. You can then use soft cleaning cloths to clean the Dutch Oven further. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or brushes on the surface. After washing, dry the Dutch Oven thoroughly and store in a dry place.

Use suitable protective material when stacking the pans.
