Use & maintenance
Maintenance tips and recommendations
To keep your knife set in top condition, we recommend hand-washing it with mild soap and warm water. As with any good knife set, avoid the dishwasher, as harsh cleaning can quickly shorten the lifespan of your knives. After washing, make sure to dry the knives thoroughly and immediately to prevent stains.
Sharpen regularly
To maintain sharpness, regular sharpening with a whetstone or honing steel is necessary.
Storage
Use a knife block or magnetic strip to avoid contact with other hard objects.
Correct substrate
It's best to cut on a wooden cutting board. This prevents blade wear and keeps your knives sharp for longer.
