Returns with PostNL
You have a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your order to exchange an item for a different size/color or to request a refund by delivering it to a PostNL service point.

1. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE WITH THE DELIVERY PROOF
Pack the items securely, if possible in the original package, and include the returns form. It is important that you indicate in this document whether you need a different size/color or want to return the items and the items involved.

2. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL ON A VISIBLE PLACE OF THE PACKAGE
On this page you will find the link to the returns form. If you can't find it, please contact Customer Service

3. SHIPPING
To do this, go to one of the PostNL service points (a post office or parcel point) and send your package. Send the product with track and trace, shipping the product is at your own expense and risk.

Once the product has been received in our warehouse, the size/color will be exchanged or refund arranged as soon as possible.
