When will my order be delivered?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code. You can track your package via this link! As soon as the carrier knows when they can deliver your package, they will also update the track & trace information.

My order is delivered when I am not at home, what now?

If you are not at home during delivery, the carrier will deliver your package to your neighbors. Doesn't that work? Then there are two options:

  1. Your order will be sent to a collection point or the driver will visit you again a day later.
  2. With some carriers you can also make a new delivery appointment yourself.

Tip : With some carriers you can even choose to leave the package somewhere when you are not at home, but please note: this is entirely at your own risk!

I have not received my order but it says it has been delivered?

How annoying! Please check whether you have entered all your details correctly when ordering. Is that not the case? Please contact us. Sometimes carriers deliver to neighbors, could you check that first? Not found? We will then start an investigation for you. To start this investigation we need a written statement. Would you like to complete the statement below and email it to us (info@kookgigant.nl)?

What are the delivery costs?

I have not received my track & trace information

If you have not received track and trace information, it means that your package has not yet been sent. It is possible that something went wrong with the carrier. If you have still not received a track and trace code after 5 days, please contact our customer service.
